Refund/Exchange Policy
We have a no refund policy for our store.
If the customer wishes for an exchange due to incorrect size, the shipping cost will be borne by them. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, the customer will have to ship it by themselves to us. The product should be in the original condition, and the return should be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. Please mention your name and contact info on the return package. Any shipping cost will not be eligible for a refund.
Only the products which are unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging will be qualified for exchange.
We do not offer returns on international shipping due to high costs of shipping and customs on international deliveries.

Cancellation Policy
Once you make the payment, we will send the product/s to you in the quickest possible time. However, if you want to cancel an order, you have to do it within 24 hours from the time of ordering. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, or, if the product already gets dispatched from our warehouse, you won’t be eligible for cancellation. To cancel your order, email us at naamnikhita@gmail.com

Shipping Policy
We usually ship the product within 2-5 days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within a week to 14 days. Sundays and public holidays are off as no courier company functions then. Express shipping is applicable on all days except then. Any unforeseen delays will be conveyed to the
customer.
