What is your return policy?

We have a no refund policy for our store. 
If the customer wishes for an exchange due to incorrect size, the shipping cost will be borne by them. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, the customer will have to ship it by themselves to us. The product should be in the original condition, and the return should be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. Please mention your name and contact info on the return package. Any shipping cost will not be eligible for a refund. 
Only the products which are unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging will be qualified for exchange.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. You have to do it within 24 hours from the time of ordering. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, or, if the product already gets dispatched from our warehouse, you won’t be eligible for cancellation. To cancel your order, email us at naamnikhita@gmail.com.

How to wash the garment?

Since all of our pieces are soft silk blended, they require an extra bit of love and care. We recommend hand-washing the garment gently in cold water using gentle cleansers and dry them in low sunlight.
